For the past three to four years I recall TV and radio news highlighting the problem of bulling. Most of the stories centered on youth and the effects of bullying on the weak and shy.
What is the age limit for the media to stop bringing attention to the problem of bullying?

How many gamble with vanishing time and displace their good conscience with bad habits?
