Looking out the window on the tenth floor of my hotel room in downtown Miami Beach I saw a lot.
The construction on the highrise directly across the street was at first slow and clumsy to look at. Each of my five mornings with coffee I saw more of the method in taking careful steps. One bucket of cement at a time, unloading one trailer, truck or delivery van properly with caution was the best and safest way.
