On December 9, 2014 a U. S. Senator revealed another of America’s mismanagement’s. This time it was to acquire information from prisoners.
After enough time and opportunity to present her message the Senator decided to bring the ugly mess to light a few weeks before the Christian celebration of Christmas.
Since the Senator’s timely remarks, TV and radio talk shows have mentioned some people who accept the tactics used.
Mostly (the majority) reject the interrogation techniques used in the name of America.
The interrogation methods are also called the torture of the enemy, prisoners and/or people who were rounded up after the mass murder of people on 911.
The majority of voices on the radio and TV who reject torturing “in the name of America” add that America is better than that.
How can America survive now that the “bad-guys” know we torture their comrades? To what degree of mayhem will the enemy cause in our land?
This majority of voices who abhor such torture tactics may or may not be the majority of voters that voted in elections for the advocates who would defend a mother’s right to murder her baby.
A few of these advocates of the people or politicians became Presidents who in turn appointed Supreme Court Justices.
These supreme minds, readers of the law and upholders of justice were far too wise to be influenced by what was right and wrong in God’s eyes, the Bible.
Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Psalm 139:13 For You formed my inward parts: You covered me in my mother’s womb.
Ecclesiastes 11:5 As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything.
The long, long, long standing law that protects the life of the baby was reversed by the majority of voters and the wisest Justices in America.
The murder of babies was made legal in America.
Someday, the majority of voters may see it fit to rethink this torture issue and may even want to rewrite the laws that are against it. The majority’s values are in the wind.
The absolute authority of our unchangeable God’s unchangeable word will guide us in the ways of our Creator.
The majority of people against the Bibles truth’s will lead America the same way other great countries came and left, into ruin.
What kind of people kill their own young? What land can survive when the people repel their enemies and fight for their lives, as they are butchering their own babies?
If it is wrong to torture too much, too far, it is always wrong to kill our babies.
The words of God tell us as our Lord Jesus spoke in Matthew 5:43-45 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
Verse 44 “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,
Verse 45 “that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.”
During these continued declining times of American history I was blessed this Christmas season by hearing the farewell speech of Congresswoman Michele Bachmann.
She was first elected in 2006. In a similar way to that of Queen Esther in the Old Testament Michele Bachmann was placed by God to do His work for such a time as this.
Esther 4:14 … Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Hearing her true and strong voice as a leader of Christian values from the floor of the House of Representatives reinforced all of us who are steadfast Bible believing Americans.
Thousands of voters and like-minded people who supported Michele Bachmann still support and pray for her in the days to come as she sorts out the path God has her on.
Farewell Congresswoman and thank you, you have our vote.
In the book of Joshua God commissions Joshua after the death of Moses’ to lead His people and to observe His laws which Moses’ received.
Joshua 1:6 “Be strong and of good courage…”
Joshua 1:9 “Only be strong and very courageous…”
Joshua 1:8 “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
Verse 9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Go with God and He will go with you.
