Daily Thoughts
What we only say is not prayer. How low God meets our attitude of unworthiness, is prayer. Our sinfulness, our nothingness, our worthlessness brings prayer seeking, God’s loving mercy and grace. In an attitude of humility our words have a meaningful prayer life.
Pray through these times of our short-lived lives and then at times of nearing death, are empty experiences without truly knowing God the Son, Jesus, Lord of salvation. Prayer without the Lord in our hearts brings no peace with nearing times of hellish exposure to eternal death.
With the Lord there is peace with coming eternal heavenly life with Him. Benefit upon benefit accompany the feet of those who follow the Light of the Lord in devoted prayer in this life.
Daily Prayer For The Way
Oh Lord, will You help lead the our cry today, in daily prayer for the way?
Bring with You the awe of God with godly fear, revering His grace to draw near.
Give His boundless power, presence, and wisdom, cause a devoted life till His kingdom come.
Hear prayers deep, meditative and humble to His Lordship, bring heart low, mind to bowed, and wonder of His love in our hearts, to worship.
Spirit of daily prayer with loving power to stay, seek to stir each passing hour we pray.
Oh Lord, will You please cause our devoted cry everyday, in daily prayer for the way?
