The real truth is, that the Bible is, a true story about God’s love. God is the Creator who loves His creatures. We are created beings and every morning we should thank God for the breath in our lungs.
He did not have to create people and does not need to sustain us but He did and does so out of His great love and plan for us.
God is perfect and lives in a perfect heaven. Jesus is the perfect gift to all humankind. In the belief and faith that Jesus is your Savior and Lord, God then sees us as perfect and acceptable for heaven.
But the problem with people is sin. We are born with it, live in it and even the slightest sin keeps us out of God’s perfect heaven. The greatest sin is to refuse or not accept Jesus as Savior and Lord of your life.
The Bible teaches us that without Jesus we will die as sinners. Jesus is offered as a love gift to all people as the only way to escape hell and to be received into God’s open arms.
If people reject their responsibility to accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord to obey, they are responsible for sending themselves to hell. The righteousness of God cannot overlook sin and the wrath of God will justly send those who reject Christ to hell.
God loves all people and shows all people His love through the creation of earth and the surrounding beauty we live in. We have the laws of God on our hearts.
He gave us a conscience to guide us and the Bible to supply the conscience with attitude, morals and direction to help us grow more pleasing to Father God.
Creator God loves us so much He gave us creatures the owners manual/maintenance book, the Old and the New Testament. He documented His love for people as well as the consequences of choosing to sin. We know what pleases God because we can read about it. He gave us freedom to grow in a relationship with Him or to choose a way of ignoring Him, leading to hell.
God’s love will last forever in heaven. God’s wrath will last forever in hell. These two eternities and only these two eternities are waiting for the two groups of people, those with Jesus and those without Jesus.
In the meantime Earth is dying and time is running out. What are people waiting for? Society is failing, politicians are failing, governments and economies are failing. Wake up people!
Of course clean drinking water, ample supplies of nourishing food and the best of educations for all the people on the planet are good. But the reality of humankind doing the best they can for humankind is obviously and abundantly a failure. After all of the best intentions – earth is still a graveyard. WHAT ABOUT YOUR SOUL?
Even with all the clean air, clean clothes and clean faces there is still a holy and perfect God that cannot overlook the dirty evil of sin in our lives and the sin of rejecting His Son.
When people breathe their last breath without the saving faith in Jesus Christ, hell will be waiting. What a person does right now with the gift of Jesus is the only thing that really matters on this Earth.
Only prayer for the souls locked in their pride against God, is a prayer that may move God to soften the hard hearts without hope of heaven.
