Insurance Verses Reality

Michael D. Rourke Events 0 0

Here is some old news. Time is temporary and so are the lives of people. Earth is a graveyard.

The difference between buying insurance verses reality of dying, is death, is a sure thing.

Here are some common choices by people with common sense dealing with obtaining insurance and what the unknown future might bring.

Perhaps hard work or good fortune has earned you an automobile. The law says you have to buy automobile insurance protection before and in case an accident happens. In order to drive legally.

Not knowing the future, common sense tells you financial protection is a good choice. Whether a collision is your fault or not, financial help with the POTENTIAL accident or crash is the smart thing to do.

There may be costs involved like medical, property damage and a repair cost. Without proactive protection in place the future holds a terror that jeopardizes your reactive livelihood.

So, searching insurance prices with two or three or four companies is a smart thing to do.

Then maybe happiness in love will create a necessary desire to financially help protect loved ones. No one knows when they MIGHT drop dead or die one way or another. Again, common sense says be insured in case of a sudden death.

A similar preemptive search of life insurance companies is done. With a proper amount of coverage in place, peace of mind is achieved.

At some point, with a purpose and perseverance for family unity, richer fulfillment and joy you buy a house. Either the bank mandates home owner’s insurance or your common sense informs you to DO THE SMART THING.

Yet again, diligent research into the advantages and costs with home insurance, you make a choice as to where you place your money.

After all, you gave your time in exchange for money. So, you want to make wise choices. How you spend your time is an investment on the quality of your future.

Meanwhile, time is slipping by faster and faster for all people. Death waits out there somewhere. God only knows.

Most people have dealt with having insurance to protect them against the unknown future in this life. They think they bought security, they are fooled into thinking they have peace of mind.

Because, most people have not given much thought about their future after death. They haven’t researched or compared similar or different ideas about what happens to their soul, which is eternal.

Most people didn’t want to ruffle any feathers at the holiday dinner or picnic. After all, everybody knows not to talk about religion, money or politics at family gatherings.

Even though, like insurance companies, there are several religions to research and make a wise or foolish choice from, most people are lulled into complacency.

Most people do little investigation or are satisfied with just a little head knowledge regarding eternity and their soul.

Most people are much more interested in this temporary life on this temporary planet.

Spending time accumulating wealth, prestige and power to control their small world, which includes leaving something for those they love, matters most.

Their control in the present matters more than planning on how to spend eternity in heaven or researching how to avoid hell.

God the Father waits and still offers eternal peace through faith in Jesus, God the Son. Lovingly, obediently turn from your sinful ways and receive Jesus into your heart now and be ASSURED of heaven later. Read the Bible trust the word of God.

Matthew 6:19-21 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, [a]and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Proverbs 2:10-11 When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul, 11 Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you,

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Your going to live forever in heaven or hell. Jesus is the way up.
