We believe by the grace of God in faith alone and check ourselves by living in obedience. We strive to obey biblical teaching, and looking back we see God’s grace and love holding us guiding us.
We continue to lean on our Savior Jesus, out of love for Him, yielding to His authority by sinning less and less, not grieving the Holy Spirit. God’s loving grace draws us nearer.
This pattern of maturing in the word, hating sin more and more and loving Christ increasingly in complying to His will, grows our assurance of salvation.
Titus 3:4-7 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6 whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, 7 that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
