Imagine that, worsening change is being dumped into, around and on lives right before us all on a daily basis. One way or another people are rolling along with times unnamed revolution, just like they always have.
As my Grandmother used to say “The country is going to hell in a handbag.” Is America shocked or not?
Depending on how much of their head is underground, like “Chicken Little” hiding from the imagined falling sky, or the real obvious hell setting up to break lose, these times are a changing.
Wars and rumors of wars, disease, and political unrest around the world seem to be setting up this 2016 summer to be more chaotic than years before. And yet it’s the same chaos just a different year, different look and different effects on people.
As more of what America was, slides away right before our eyes the mechanisms that make it happen seems well greased for the continued disappearance of the question why.
Is anyone asking the big question, why? Does anyone wonder about God anymore?
God still watches all, He is Sovereign, still in control of all things according to His plans and His timing. He gave the Bible as an act of love to teach us, guide us and love us with the peace it brings.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
